Try to avoid ordering after this period, as it will affect the quality. •Varieties: There are two varieties in Egypt, White & Red | White garlic: non-equal cloves or lobes / many cloves in one bulb 14-25 lobes or cloves | Red (violet) Garlic is the Chinese garlic and characterized by the homogeneity of sizes plus small numbers of lobes (doesn’t exceed 15) •Avoid time wasting with direct farmers: as they don’t understand the exporting process / requirements / customs / certificates / tests etc. •Your required specifications: Sizes (4 / 4.5 / 5 / 5.5 / 6cm), Packing: net bags / Carton box / plastic box, Quality: A / B / AB & Net or Gross weight required. •Required temperature, ventilation & humidity: depends on shipping time & condition of garlic, also you can try to hire inspection company.
